About Me

A 20-something year old lady residing in the little red dot called Singapore. Like most women (irregardless where you are from), I have a love-hate relationship with my body. Sometimes I love my body the way it is.. But I can hate it instantly because someone (society, in general) will remind me how I’m not skinny enough.
This blog is started to allow me to be accountable to myself for my journey to a FITTER & HEALTHIER me.
I am trying to attain a healthy lifestyle. Something that will be sustainable for me in the long run. I know this, and have managed to start exercising. In fact, I am a certified Zumba Instructor who does Zumba sessions after my working hours (yes, I still have a full-time job).
In lieu of the New Year (2013), I have decided to start this blog to make me more accountable about what I do.
